House vs apartment cleaning

Apartments at Greeny are priced by rooms and bathrooms — the usual Tbilisi layout model. Private houses by internal floor area and bathroom count, because workload scales more with square metres.

Houses often have more hallways, stairs, floors and bathrooms. Deep cleaning a house takes longer than an apartment that feels similarly spacious.

Important: we clean inside the house only. Yard, veranda, terrace and garage are not included — even in all-inclusive. Those are separate jobs or the owner’s responsibility.

Use apartment standard and deep pages for flats; house has separate area-based rates. A manager can advise which format suits your floor plan.
