General questions

You can place an order through the form on the website or by messaging us on Telegram or WhatsApp. After receiving your request, a manager will contact you to clarify the details and confirm the time.

We work throughout Tbilisi. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, please check with the manager when placing your order.

Payment is made in cash or by bank card after the cleaning is complete. The exact payment method can be clarified with the manager at the time of booking.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your order. Please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

In most cases we can arrange cleaning as soon as the next day. If needed, check available dates with the manager — we will do our best to find a time that suits you.

If you are not satisfied with something, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will promptly review the situation and, if necessary, send a cleaner to address any shortcomings.

Standard cleaning

Standard cleaning includes mopping floors, dusting all surfaces, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, polishing mirrors and taking out the rubbish. It is the regular format for maintaining cleanliness in an already lived-in apartment.

The minimum order includes 1 room with 1 bathroom, as well as a kitchen and a corridor. If your kitchen is combined with a living room, it counts as an additional room — the cleaner uses different products for the kitchen and living areas.

Cleaners bring everything they need: professional cleaning products, sponges, cloths, a bucket, a mop and equipment for cleaning windows and mirrors. You do not need to prepare anything.

Not necessarily. You can safely leave the cleaner and go about your business. We only ask that you return by the time the cleaning is finished to accept the work.

We use Grass professional products and Frosch eco products. They are safe for surfaces, do not cause allergies and are suitable for families with children and pets.

Deep cleaning

Deep cleaning is a thorough clean of the entire apartment: we wash inside wardrobes, clean skirting boards, radiators, light switches and hard-to-reach areas. It is ideal for spaces after a long absence or before moving in.

The duration depends on the size and condition of the apartment. On average, a one-bedroom apartment takes 4–5 hours.

For deep cleaning, cleaners bring an expanded set of equipment: professional cleaning and degreasing products, a steam cleaner, vacuum cleaner and a stepladder. Everything is already included in the price.

To clean inside wardrobes, shelves need to be cleared. If that is not part of your plan, just let us know — the cleaner will skip that step and focus on the other areas.

A deep clean is generally recommended 2–4 times a year, as well as before moving into a new apartment or after a long absence. With regular standard cleaning it is much easier to maintain cleanliness between deep cleans.

Upholstery dry cleaning

We clean upholstered furniture: sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses and ottomans. We work with fabric and velour upholstery. If you are unsure whether your furniture is suitable, please check with the manager.

Yes, we work with complex and old stains: coffee, wine, grease, pet marks. The result depends on the type of fabric and how old the stain is — in most cases we achieve a significant improvement.

Furniture usually dries within 3–6 hours with good ventilation. To speed up drying, we recommend opening windows or using a fan. The exact time depends on the thickness of the upholstery and the humidity in the room.

Yes, we use hypoallergenic and eco-friendly products that are safe for people and animals once dry. We recommend restricting access for children and pets until the furniture is fully dry.

Please remove decorative cushions, blankets and personal items from the furniture. Make sure the specialist has access to a power socket and that there is clear space around the furniture to work.
