We dust the shades and the fitting and remove cobwebs around the ceiling mount

We degrease the working zone and steam the seams and joints

We wash the surface and the areas around the stove and sink, cleaning out the joints

Cooktop, knobs and grates — soaked in degreaser to remove burnt-on grease

- Inner shelves and drawers are washed if they are empty or partly free — please clear them in advance. If there is no one to do it, add “Special assignments” to the order and the cleaner will take the contents out and put them back.
- Outside only: bodies, doors and handles. Oven, microwave, fridge inside and the hood with its filters are separate services. We don't move heavy appliances and units.
- A few dishes in the sink are washed as part of the cleaning. If a lot has piled up or there are burnt-on stains, add the “Dishwashing” service.

No. Bathrooms are optional — by default the order includes only the kitchen. You can add 1–3 bathrooms.

Where possible, yes. Inside we wash shelves and drawers that are empty or partly free; packed ones are only wiped where we can reach. If there is no one to clear them, add “Special assignments” to the order — the cleaner will take the contents out and put them back.

Only if the kitchen is heavily soiled: grease or limescale covers a large area and sits on several surfaces at once — the stove, backsplash, cabinet fronts, handles and the tops of the units — and does not come off with a regular product. The cleaner photographs such areas, the manager calculates the surcharge and agrees it with you before the cleaning starts; you can decline without a penalty.
