All-Inclusive is a full deep cleaning of the apartment plus 9 additional services already included in the price: cleaning all windows, washing all curtains, cleaning all balconies, cleaning the oven, microwave, fridge, dishes, hood and pet hair removal. You do not need to select anything separately — it is a fixed price for the entire apartment.
The price depends only on the number of rooms and bathrooms — no need to count windows, curtains and balconies. We fix it when the order is placed and it does not change after that.
We only move light furniture — chairs, stools and small nightstands. Sofas, beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and other heavy furniture are not moved: this could damage the floor, the furniture itself or cause injury. We clean around and under furniture as far as it is accessible. If you need us to clean under a sofa or wardrobe, please move the heavy furniture before we arrive.
No, you can hand over the keys and go about your day. We will bring all the equipment and carry out the cleaning without your involvement.
This is not about a single stain on the stove or ordinary dust: soiling counts as heavy when it covers a large area, affects three or four surfaces in one zone, or several zones at once and does not come off with a regular product — it needs strong chemicals, soaking or an abrasive sponge. The cleaner photographs such areas, the manager calculates the surcharge and agrees it with you before the cleaning starts. You can decline the surcharge — then we clean within the time you paid for, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of ingrained dirt.
